So far I haven't gotten by brothers or nephews interested in jewelry making. Hmm.
I have a wonderful husband who is very supportive and also very understanding.
He does his best to encourage me when I do my "show and tell" with the
new designs I've come up with. He just isn't likely to start getting excited
over shiny, "girly" things like I am I guess.
My hobby has turned into what I'm hoping will become more of a full time job.
But a fun job! My "real" job is as a hairstylist. Sometimes that's fun too, but I've been doing
that for more than 30 years now.
The names of some of the items come from my family, friends, or customers.
When someone asks for a specific design, or just inspires me in
some other way, I use that name.
If you have a special requests about a type of bead, design, color, etc. just send a message. All ideas are welcome. We may not be able to use them all, but we're happy to receive them. And if you see something you like that is already made, but would like it in another color, or size, let us know that too.

Payments:I accept PayPal, Visa, Discover, Master Card, and American Express
Shipping: Currently I only ship within the U.S.
I try to pack and ship most things within 3 days of an order, and payment has been verified through PayPal.
If there is a problem with that time I will contact you by email, or phone if needed. Custom orders will take a little longer, depending on the item requested, but I'll do my best to get it done asap.
I use the USPS. If you prefer another shipper you may email me and we'll discuss it, and extra costs if any.
If you'd like to place an order and delivery elsewhere, we can discuss it and costs associated.
Everything is packed in a plastic bag, with cleaning and care instructions, and then they are wrapped in protective paper, bubble wrap, and nicely wrapped, either a gift box, pillow, box, or small cloth bag (matching the "type" of item).
PayPal will calculate the shipping and tax for you on check-out, and you can view and change your order on the payment page before finalizing payment.
Returns/exchanges: I want you to be happy andsatisfied with any purchase, and if an item arrives to you broken because of my workmanship or packaging, I will pay for you to return it and have it fixed. I will except returns within 2 weeks minus shipping costs. After 2 weeks there will be an added charge to the buyer. Please email or call about this first. (For a gift purchase let me know.) If it breaks from "normal wear and tear" I will be happy to fix it for you, with a minimal charge for replacement parts/and/or my time, plus shipping costs.
Special orders: I'm always willing to discuss orders, requests, and issues that may arise.
If you place and have already received a special order, I can not except it back. I will require a 50% deposit before making an item, after we design it together. If you change your mind about finalizing a special order I will refund half of the deposit unless the item or supplies can be easily resold (some special orders are not everyone's "cup of tea").
